About LMCC

WELCOME TO LAKE MARCEL!

Lake Marcel Community Club (LMCC) is a non-profit homeowner’s association. All property owners share undivided interest in the two beach parks. LMCC holds two annual membership meetings in spring and fall. Prior to each meeting, you will receive a newsletter stating the day, time and place the meeting will take place. All residents are encouraged to attend, voice their opinions and vote on important issues. The LMCC Board of Directors meets the 3rd Thursday of each month, usually at the office. You are welcome to attend. Call the office to verify time and location.

THE COMMUNITY IS GOVERNED BY COVENANTS AND BYLAWS. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A COPY OF THESE, PLEASE CONTACT THE OFFICE TO REQUEST ONE.
