Following an inspection, Beach 1’s Septic System was deemed “deficient” due to root encroachment and the presence of the parking lot entrance over a part of the piping leading to the system’s drain field. Note: The bathroom at Beach 1 is still usable at this time.
We have been in contact with the County and the Health Department to ensure we are taking the appropriate steps to resolve the situation. Additionally, we hired a septic design professional to perform feasibility testing and create an approved septic design for a replacement system.
At this time, we are pursuing an easement or merger of the Beach 1 lots, to allow for this new septic system to be installed. After we finish this process, we will conduct a bidding process for the construction of the new system.
