- Yard Rules
- Lots must be kept in a pleasing park-like condition, free of brush, brambles, dead trees, piles of stumps and brush, or any condition that would be an eyesore.
- Garbage and other waste must be kept in sanitary containers.
- Activity Rules
- Trades or activities that create a nuisance, annoyance, unsanitary conditions, or are considered offensive, are not allowed.
- Occupancy Rules
- Temporary structures, trailers, basements, tents, shacks, garages, barns or other outbuildings cannot be used as a residence, either temporarily or permanently.
- Construction Rules
- Any construction of buildings or tree cutting must be approved by the LMCC Architectural Control Committee.
- Tree cutting approval only applies to trees with a circumference of 24 inches or greater.
- Each lot is limited to one dwelling.
- Lakefront lots must be 9600 sqft. to contain a dwelling.
- Non-lakefront lots must be 15,000 sqft. to contain a dwelling.
- Buildings must comply with the following setbacks.
- 20ft from the front lot line.
- 25ft from the back lot line (interior lots only)
- 10ft from any street.
- 5ft from any interior lot line.
- Fences must comply with the following specifications.
- 6ft height limit.
- 54 inch height limit when the fence affect’s a neighbor’s view, unless a mutual agreement between neighbors is made.
- Any construction of buildings or tree cutting must be approved by the LMCC Architectural Control Committee.
