Architectural Control

Purpose: Reviews members’ construction, landscaping, and tree cutting requests.

Community Events

Purpose: Plans and produces our community’s annual events, including: The Easter Egg Hunt, 4th of July Celebration, and Christmas Boat Float.

Community Relations

Purpose: Handles communication and dispute resolution for community concerns and covenant violations.

Facilities

Purpose: Advises the board on facilities and maintenance related requests and issues. Researches products, pricing, and vendors. Coordinates volunteer maintenance projects.

Finance Advisory

Purpose: Advises the board on financial policies and issues. Provides the board with research, policy proposals, and RFP documents for vendors.

Governing Documents

Purpose: Advises on and provides copy editing for our governing documents. Ensures our documents are complaint with our organizational standards and the standards set by the State of Washington.

Lake & Dam

Purpose: Performs annual inspections of the dam, and issues a report to the Washington Department of Ecology. Advises the board on dam-related issues.

Tech

Purpose: Advises the board on policy regarding purchasing, use, and administration of computer hardware, software, and online services.

Water Quality

Purpose: Performs water quality testing of the lake and connected waterways. Purchases testing equipment and reports results to King County as necessary.
