Beach & Park Rules

The parks at Beach 1 and Beach 2 are private areas for use by LMCC Members. To ensure a safe and pleasant visit for all, please be respectful of the property and to others by observing the following rules:

Access

  • Only members and their guests may use the parks and beaches.
  • Guests must be accompanied by a member.
  • Children under 13 years old must be directly supervised by an adult.
  • Members must register with the office for parties larger than 25.

Behavior

  • No alcohol or drugs
  • No fireworks
  • No loud music
  • No foul language
  • No aggressive behavior or roughhousing
  • No sexual behavior
  • No camping
  • No littering

Swimming

  • Swim at your own risk. Beaches do not have lifeguards.
  • Children unable to swim need a personal flotation device (PFD).

Fishing

  • WA State fishing regulations apply. A freshwater or combo license is required for ages 15 and older.

Vehicles

  • Parking gates must be closed when not in use.
  • No dirt bikes, pocket bikes, ATVs, quads, motorized scooters, or similar are allowed in the park or parking lot.
  • Bicycles and skateboards cannot be used on the docks or picnic tables.
  • Bicycle and skateboard ramps are not allowed.

Animals

  • Dogs must be leashed or under voice control at all times.
  • Dogs are not allowed in the swimming area.
  • No horses are allowed in the park.

Hazardous Conditions

  • Stay off the lake when ice is present. Don’t throw debris onto the ice.

Enforcement

  • Unauthorized visitors will be asked to leave.
  • Damage to LMCC property may result in permanent revocation of beach privileges.
  • LMCC members are responsible for the actions of family members and guests.
  • Violation of any beach rules may result in possible fines to property owners and revocation of beach privileges for violators.
