Event & Reservation Rules

Event Rules
  • All events are limited to twenty-five (25) guests.
  • The LMCC member sponsoring the event or their approved renter MUST be in attendance at the event.
  • All guests must agree to obey the Beach & Park Rules.
    • Anyone violating these conditions will be requested to leave and any group violating park rules will be required to vacate immediately.
  • The park and beach will remain open for other community use during the event.
  • Event parking is limited to the onsite parking lot.
    • Street parking in front of the park is not allowed.
  • The reserved location must be returned to its original condition. 
    • Any damage or cleanup required will be deducted from your deposit. Staff time will be billed at $40 per hour.
    • The LMCC Member sponsoring the event is responsible for any additional damage exceeding the deposit.
Reservation Scheduling Restrictions
  • Reservations may be limited to one reservation per weekend during the summer season (May 25th to September 7th).
  • Events cannot be reserved during blackout dates/times.
Reservation Requirements
  • The member sponsoring the event must have an LMCC account in good standing (no outstanding fines, dues, or late fees).
  • The member sponsoring the event must agree to the ‘Hold Harmless’ statement.
  • A $100.00 refundable deposit must be paid to the LMCC Office prior to the event.
  • The member sponsoring the event must agree to pay any additional costs for restoration and cleanup required to return the reserved space to its original condition.
  • Proof of single-day or homeowner’s insurance must be provided to the LMCC Office prior to the event for all games or activities that could cause injury.
