Tree Removal Form

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Property owners must request approval from the LMCC Board of Directors prior to cutting or significantly altering or otherwise removing any trees larger than 24: in circumference on property within the Lake Marcel Community Club. Information can be found in the LMCC Covenants & Bylaws.

A "Clearing Permit" is required for any removal of trees or vegetation from a "critical area." If your property is located within a "critical area", as defined by Kin County Code 21A.28, prior to proceeding, it is the applicant's responsibility to ensure they have met all the requirements of both LMCC and King County's applicable codes and regulations, For questions please contact DDES customer service at 206.296.6600.

The circumference is measured at a point 5 feet above the ground. The following are some reasons for cutting, altering or removing a tree (i.e., hazardous condition, dead tree, utility line interference, personal safety risk, driveway access, etc.)

Site plan should show the location, number of trees, sizes and species as specified in item (1.)
