Pay Your Association Dues

Every December we send out Lake Marcel Home Owner Association dues.

You can make your payment either by check or sending it electronically.
PayPal and Credit Card payments are no longer accepted via PayPal due to PayPal's Terms of Service and fee structure being incompatible with and unaffordable for LMCC

ELECTRONICALLY
Send through Zelle:

1. Confirm that your bank offers Zelle payments by logging in to your bank's web portal or mobile app and looking under the "pay" and/or "transfer" area. Many major and regional banks now offer Zelle payments and transfers.
2. If Zelle is available, navigate your bank's portal or mobile app to the Zelle payments screen.
3. Select your funding source (your bank account) in the "From" section
4. Enter or add "admin@lakemarcel.net" in the "To" or "Recipient" section
5. Enter the dues payment amount you are paying today
6. In the "Message" or "Memo" text box please add ALL of the following information:
   * Lot number (ex: 0-1234)
   * Name
   * Street address
7. Follow your bank portal's or mobile app's process to review and confirm/send the Zelle payment
