LMCC Architectural Review for New Construction and Remodels

The Covenants of Lake Marcel Community Club (LMCC) require the Architectural Control Committee to pass on all plans, including elevation drawings, to stamp and approve all plans, and to certify compliance with the covenants. This form will be used to initiate and to record the review and approval process for new construction and remodels.

Required to be approved by LMCC prior to obtaining building permits from King County

Complete Set of Plans
Plans should show floor plans, elevations, and square footages of living areas, garage, etc. Minimum square footage requirements are 1500 for living area and 240 for garage; plans for any structure over 150 sq. ft. (including sheds) must be submitted for review.

Location Site Plan
A site plan that shows location of house, garage, driveway, outbuildings, septic tanks and drain field, wetland buffer (if applicable) and all applicable setbacks.

Tree Site Plan
(See Application for Cutting, Altering, or Removing Trees for Details.
Max. file size: 128 MB.
Please also submit and samples of roofing and siding materials to the LMCC office.
After permitting approval from King County is received by applicant, the following documentation must be provided for final review before construction can ommence:
- Copy of approved septic design from King County
- copy of approved building permit form King County
